Story:
The Oatmeal Phrase was created while Emperor MAR was on the phone with Laslo PanafleX. Emperor MAR's mother was cooking baked apples & he said "It smell like oatmeal in this house. It really does" He then repeated that several times until it became the wild phrase we know it to be.
Emperor MAR became known as The wika wika guy to President Hoetrain & his friends.
