I think this was supposed to be from the first episode of Stupidity Knocks, yet it makes no sense & not all in a good way like usual.
This appears to be a fake remake of the original Stupidity Knocks from 1995 as an excuse to not tell what the original actually contained.
Possibly made in July 2000 but I am not completely sure.
