My Batteries Are Running Out
| Every road that I've been on just seems to prove that I'm not strong Every place I've ever been & every fate has gone wrong Unfortunately a fortress of sin is to I'm chained Though I try to hide I'm so scared But I'm hanging on I don't know why I'm hanging on when I'd rather die - Every time I fall apart I try to have a new start I'm showing songs about my, about my death I strangle myself with a sheet in my bed - I'm hanging on & I don't know why I'm hanging on thinking I'll reach the sky - One less moment crack my head wide open One less moment to suffer through But I'm hanging on till this life I loose - Falling to the ground Falling to the ground - {??? old air I breathe/ cold air I breathe/ so dear to me???} Jesus save me - Unchained from the rock Pulled up & to my shock If I died today I'd know where I'd wake Crying unpleased then sighing relief. Am I alive?
