Cold Bathtub Twilight is talking about not paying one's electric bill and then taking a cold bath. It is in direct reference to a time in 1997 when my family's electricity was shut off and I took a cold shower at night. I told the D.G.'s family about it on May 16, 1998 when confronted with the situation of entering a cold pool.
